KOZ/KOEZ Info

The Keystone Opportunity Zone (KOZ) and Keystone Opportunity Expansion Zone (KOEZ) designations are tax incentive programs started by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to provide geographic areas throughout the state where certain developable lands receive greatly reduced taxes for a period of time.  The premise of the program is to entice development of those areas with KOZ and KOEZ designations to encourage economic development and job creation.  Currently, the KOZ and KOEZ programs have been extended to December 31, 2017 and December 31, 2020 respectively.

Earth Conservancy has several properties for sale under the KOZ and KOEZ designation, which can be found on our Land for Sale page.
